average stay with some downsides
torn bathrobemissing bathtub
the room i booked was a bit of a letdown. it was advertised with both a bathtub and a shower, but mine only had a shower, i really wanted a bath after traveling. also, the bathrobe was torn. it seems like it should have been replaced a while ago. spending that much per night, i expected a bit more luxury.

crowded spalimited seating
the gym was smaller than expected. it lacked modern equipment. the spa area felt crowded (especially on weekends). there were limited seating options and a lack of attentiveness from the staff. i also noticed that the jacuzzi was out of service. i had to adjust my plans to relax elsewhere.

excellent buffetfriendly staff
the room was spacious. it contained a king guest room. i found the breakfast buffet excellent, it included various options. i saw friendly staff available.
the gym was a little basic, it lacked some equipment.
